Why These Meetups Matter
Grief doesn't follow a schedule, but community can light the way.
As a writer, speaker, and storyteller of loss and resilience, I've navigated sudden heartbreak — numbing it with hyper-independence, workaholism, and perfectionism — until therapy and honest reflection guided me back to purpose and enjoy life.
These meetups build on that journey, creating a safe space for raw conversations, shared insights, and gentle growth.
Come when it feels right for you.

No, sessions are not recorded to respect the sensitive stories people share. Sessions are confidential. What's shared stays in the group, and we encourage a respectful, supportive environment. This means that you do not attend and then publicly share information about others’ stories you heard during the meetup.

We use Zoom for the virtual meetups. You attend by using a computer, tablet, or phone. No fancy setup needed. We'll send tips in your confirmation email on how to get the best experience.
