Off The Chest: A Guided Writing Practice for High-Performing Women Who Need an Outlet

$20.00 every month

What It Is

Build a restorative writing habit into your real life. It’s not just one random session, but a continuous way to vent, decompress, process the noise in your head, and reconnect with yourself.

Get weekly prompts, accountability, and one live monthly session to write together.

No writing experience needed. Just a pen, paper, and zero filter.

What You Get Each Month

  • Live Guided Writing Session — Once a month, we meet live. It's not a class nor a webinar. It’s dedicated time where you sit down, grab the prompt I give you, and write.

  • A Prompt to Start the Month — A subscribers-only post at the start of the month with a primary prompt to get your brain moving.

  • Weekly Accountability — Throughout the month, I'll send weekly prompt reminders to keep you writing, not just planning to write.

  • I'm Writing Alongside You — I'm working on my memoir right now, and I'll write beside you every step. You'll get an unfiltered look at the raw process including the paragraphs I'm wrestling with, what gets cut, and why.

  • A Community on the Same RhythmAccess to a monthly theme thread and group chat that opens around each live session so you're never practicing in isolation.

Why I Built This

I play every role — mom, sister, friend, CEO, advisor, you name it. Some days I'm not even sure which hat I have on. It's exhausting doing it all. Writing is the one practice that keeps me grounded and sane through all of it. It's my outlet and is the one place in my day where I don't have to perform or manage anyone else.

When I didn't have a therapist, writing is what saved me. It's how I get things off my chest, process emotions, mourn losses, and turn my most jumbled thoughts into something that makes sense. It's where I put my most sacred thoughts, my wildest dreams, my deepest worries.

I write when I'm sad, happy, mad, frustrated, disappointed — whatever the day hands me and whatever is on my mind.

It's the thing I can do when no one else is around to listen. It's the practice that has carried me through my darkest hours. Now I want to share it with you.

You might not have time for yoga, an ice bath, or the sauna every day. But you can write.

I'll teach you how to incorporate writing into your life not just as a cute hobby but as a consistent practice for personal growth and healing.
